The petitioner even when it's the prosecutor as a state citizen? But yet in victimless crimes say traffic ticket they claim to be the injured party and Even have someone claim POA to sign for the bond am I right on this? And how do you combat when your not even allowed due process in an actual court of record which would be common law? Just looking for some insight👍

Hi Eric,

When i was actively researching citizenship during my time in grad school, i was going to monthly meetings of a small group i affectionately called the pizza patriots cuz we met at a pizza 🍕 restaurant. Most there were very dedicated to the research and some even initiated legal proceedings. One brave sole even made it to 9th Circuit. None had any significant success, and one lost his house.

I am trying to answer your question on how to combat. exactly! how do you convince law enforcement and the courts that there’s a second legal system when they’ve only know the one!!!! You risk alot… with traffic tickets its not much of a risk but the guy who lost his house went up against 👁️ R S.

I just recently saw a vid of a guy who has obtained all the documentary proof, even a letter from state attorney general, that he was not required to have a driver license nor register his car. he spent a night in jail, sued, and won judgment of $250,000.

Be thoughtful in how you proceed, especially if you have a family! Never hurts to write letters to gov agencies with targeted questions you need answered.

Ultimately, what needs to happen is people like Tucker Carlson, Elon and Joe Rogan start covering the topic of state citizenship vs US citizenship, and the importance of legal definitions. we need 60+% of voters to be as pissed off about the subordination of common law rights before state and federal politicians will do anything about this. The faster you all spread the word, the faster we’ll get there!!
