I am using substack to make available my research on a few very narrow legal topics. I rarely send unsolicited emails, but with the recent ballooning of interest, i think i should draft up an email to all subscribers. Please spread the word to anyone curious about our rights, citizenship, legalese.
Agree with your simple, high-level summary... without any legalese, which can be painfully tedious reading!
There are two changes at the federal level which resulted in the massive power/leverage shift from the States to the Federal gov... the 14th Amendment which ultimately turned all State citizens into Federal citizens, and the 17th Amendment (1913) which established the direct election of United States senators in each state. The amendment supersedes Article I, Section 3, Clauses 1 and 2 of the Constitution, under which senators were elected by state legislatures.
I find your legalese disclosures incredibly valuable, not tedious. I appreciate the deep dive you have taken. I have neither the time nor patience for the complexity, as you do. Nevertheless, I am interested in this subject; and its increasing relevance given globalist agendas to limit our personal freedoms.
I see a possible correlation between the 17th Amendment (1913) and the establishment of the Federal Reserve.
Both seem to be radical changes toward creating more "centralized" control of the populist. Would appreciate your thoughts...
Thank you
You’re most welcome! 🙏

Isn't Congress actually part of the foreign corporation as of now ?
Hi Eric,
So there’s foreign and domestic, de jure and de facto, and state gov or federal gov. how many permutations is that?!!
I think TPTB have made it very confusing as intended.
Exactly 💯 brilliant bro
Reading your in depth analysis cuts through decades of legal clutter (designed to keep us confused, submissive and enslaved).
Thank you for this research and pointing out your most salient conclusions. My take away from your post:
GIVE ME LIBERTY (aka State Citizenship) or
GIVE ME DEATH (Federal Citizenship)..
does kinda put things into simplified format!
Hi Adele,
Thank you for the feedback!
