Also, so long as a state citizen is traveling on public roads in a vessel that is registered to the public system (US), doesn’t this subject him/her to their jurisdiction? what good is the unalienable right to free travel when all land is owned by private or public entities?

Hi Ryan. Others have done a deep dive on this particular right, so if interested continue your research. Right to travel is one where the advance of technology makes this a difficult question. in the horse n buggy days, and a more rural population, right to travel worked. with the crowded cities and 3000+ pound vehicles traveling at 60+ mph, it almost requires some restrictions on that unalienable right. the problem i have is that the restrictions were done without the citizens’ being informed.

How do “inalienable” rights factor into all this?

That is a very broad question… first a minor comment. if you look at the original declaration of independence, it used the term ‘unalienable’ not inalienable. to me they are the same but prefer what was used in the original declaration.

As to your broad question… it should be clear after reading my articles. State citizenship is what imbues us with unalienable rights. they are inherent to state citizenship. they are by far more important, more powerful than civil rights.

Keep on asking questions since that’s how you learn.

While i greatly respect you and your twenty (20) plus years of diligent quality research, i have zero (0) Desire to contract with these diseased psychopaths. i am Woman, i am Natural to the Earth. The Earth is the Ultimate Jurisdiction on "this" Planet, "not" ANY artificial, fictional, completely fraudulent construct designed by avarice pricks. i have done many paperwork processes to "stop and correct" the many violations of my Biofield, and i think correcting my status involves "Intergalactic" Standing which is completely out of their slavery system. The more we KNOW who we Authentically are, we don't even have a Desire to contract with ANY diseased life forms. They suck. They always have sucked. i keep Finding Better and Better and Better ways to Live Free.

I am on a journey of “killing all contracts” that I entered into in a state of ignorance. My own research has lead me to the same conclusion. I came across an article from the Comgressional Records in 1967 which was titled “14th Ammendment; a tool of usurpation “ in which Congress came to the conclusion that the 14th wasn’t ever legally ratified. Instead what we got is a corporation (and several sub-corporations) doing commerce. We opt into being franchisees (via the ens legis ALL CAPS name). Effectively we become employees subject to statures, codes, acts, etc instead of our original common law. Or this is how I understand it, am I on the right track?

Yes, i think you’re on the right track. I have been asking gov agencies like dmv, or banks, why my name is all caps!!! crickets. computers are perfectly capable of doing upper and lower case so there’s no reason to use all caps! knowing that capitalization is critical to understanding legalese, the ens legis now makes sense that our name MUST be all caps in any contracts we sign with gov agencies in order for them to have jurisdiction.

i am too old to fight the 800 lb govrilla! The biggest risk is that the courts and law enforcement agencies will likely, ignorantly, treat you as if you’re in their jurisdiction. that’s ok if the only thing at stake is a traffic fine… but if its your business or home that is at stake…

After more study, it’s pretty clear, the ALL CAPS name is a sole proprietorship. There’s no smoking gun proof, but this is my conclusion thus far.

I found another guy who is doing some fantastic research (Brandon-Joe:Williams). Essentially the whole game of Commerce is governed by the UCC. Every state (that I’ve cross referenced) has their own adaptation of it, and 99% is verbatim from the UCC itself. It’s all business. There is a way to distinguish oneself from the fiction, but it seems , as you stated, getting them to concede that, requires litigation.

So the real movement has to be an army of sovereign humans filing lawsuits. Not for the FRN’s, but to get something in the record. I am convinced at this point that few people actually know how anything functions. Ignorance has reigned for so long that even “they” have regressed. I am not excited to go to court, but it seems this is the only peaceful way to get things straightened out. That or just say “F off and start a break away civilization “
